Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an elastic body against a wrench force.
SOLUTION: In a vibration control device formed such that an outer cylinder 2 is disposed in a manner to surround an inner cylinder 1 and an elastic body 3 is located between the rigid inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2, one end part of the inner cylinder 1 is formed in a manner to axially protrude from one end part of the outer cylinder 2, and flanges 1A and 2A extending from the ends on one side of the inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 toward the outside in a radial direction in a manner to be positioned facing each other are formed. The elastic body 3 is located between the two flanges 1A and 2A and when the inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 are axially relatively moved, the two flanges 1A and 2A are formed in a manner to compress the elastic body 3 therebetween. A recess 4 is formed in a portion where the wrench force of the elastic body 3 between the two flanges 1A and 2A is inputted.
