Title:
VIBRATION-INSULATING DEVICE FOR PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61100484
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent vibrations generated from being transmitted to an installation place, by a construction wherein at least two rollers are provided between a printer and an installation place so that the rollers can roll in a rolling region wider than the roller diameter on the printer side, the installation side or both sides.

CONSTITUTION: Two rollers 3 are rotatably fitted to the lower surface of the printer 1 through brackets 4, and are placed on the installation place 5. A means is provided for limiting the movement of the printer 1 to within a predetermined range. A fitting plate 6 is provided with dents 7 in which the rollers 3 are disposed. The plate 6 is fitted to the lower surface 2 of the printer 1, and the rollers 3 are placed in the dents 7. The lower surface of the printer 1 is provided with grooves 1A for the rollers 3 therein in the depth direction, and the rollers 3 are fitted therein. Accordingly, horizontal lateral oscillation of the printer is absorbed by rolling of the rollers, and is not transmitted to the installation place.
