Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate a friction trouble in a capillary tube and refrigerant pipes due to their vibration, by binding a part of the refrigerant pipes to be fixed by a heat-shrinking sheathing material of rubber and resin system. CONSTITUTION:A part of spirally-formed refrigerant pipes 5, 6 and a capillary tube 4 are sheathed with a heat-shrinking sheathing material 11 of rubber and resin system, and the sheathing material is shrunk by the method of heating directly by an electric heater and a hot gun and heating in the atmosphere of high temperature by a heating furnace or the like. While a compressor 1, causing a temperature rise by its operation further enhancing a binding effect, enables a trouble of friction due to vibration of the refrigerant pipes 5, 6 and the capillary tube 4 to be eliminated.
