Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a vibro-isolating effect even against vibration in the horizontal direction, by equipping an air spring layered structure, which laminates a plurality of air springs in series, and a damping means arranged in the periphery of the air spring layered structure so as to damp the vibration in its horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:An air spring layered structure 10 is contained in a casing 11 provided on a base board 1, and the casing 11 is filled with viscous fluid 12. The air spring layered structure 10, even if the base board 1 is vibrated in the horizontal direction, never transmits this vibration directly to a surface plate 3, considerably damping amplitude of the vibration, because a single air spring 2 provides a large spring constant in the horizontal direction but the spring constant in the horizontal direction is decreased when it is viewed as the air spring layered structure 10.
