Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator reducing a reduction in frequency accuracy due to internal resonance and being capable of achieving improvement of the frequency accuracy, and provide an oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a movable body.SOLUTION: A vibrator has: a vibration piece 2 including a base section 21 and vibration arms 22 and 23; and a base 91 to which the vibration piece is attached. When n is defined as a natural number of 2 or more, the vibration piece is subjected to vibration having n pieces of natural vibration modes having resonance frequencies different from one another. In a relation among resonance frequencies corresponding to individual ones of the n pieces of natural vibration modes and an arbitrary integer, a standardized frequency difference Δf satisfies an illustrated formula. A ratio of a variation of a resonance frequency of a main vibration to excitation power electrically exciting the main vibration of the vibration piece is equal to 20[ppm/μW] or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
