To provide a video observing device which is made small in size and light in weight and easily attached by providing an ear attaching means with a member generating angular moment canceling angular moment by the weight of a main body.
The ear attaching part 4 holds a video providing means 7 and is directly attached to an observer's ear. The means 7 is composed of an arm 3 held directly by the attaching part 4, a box body 1 (display part) arranged at the front end of the arm 3 and an adjustable bend part 2 connecting the arm 3 and the box body 1. The centroidal point of the device 5 has a distance from each supporting point of the attaching part 4. Therefore, the angular moment caused by the weight of the device 5 is generated in addition to the weight of the device 5. The angular moment is matched with the angular moment by resistance at each supporting point of the attaching part 4. Therefore, the resistance is generated in a direction other than the direction of the force of the weight of the device 5 at each supporting point.
