Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent heat stability and thermal fluidity, readily performable of injection molding without burn mark, etc., and giving molded article having excellent flame retardance, chemical resistance, heat resistance or rigidity, etc., comprising vinyl chloride-based resin and specific rubber-modified thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:(A) 40-80wt.% vinyl chloride-based resin containing 60-70wt.% average amount of chlorine (preferably having 300-800 degree of polymerization) is mixed with (B) 60-20wt.% rubber-modified thermoplastic resin composed of (i) 30-70wt.% graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerization of rubber resin with styrene-based compound and vinyl cyanide compound and (ii) 70-30wt.% styrene-based copolymer obtained by copolymerization of styrene and vinyl cyanide compound to afford the aimed composition suitable for molded article such as housing of office automation device or interior automotive trim.
