Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice notification device that can accurately notify a driver of a traveling vehicle of specific voice information effective to the vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a voice notification device 10 that notifies a driver of a traveling vehicle of specific information by voice, the voice notification device including: vehicle state detection means (imaging part 6, and vehicle state detection part 4) for detecting the position of a travel and travel speed of a vehicle; and control means (control part 3) for determining frequency deviation of a voice determined depending on the speed of the vehicle detected by the vehicle state detection means with the use of a predetermined calculation, converts the frequency of the voice to be input on the basis of the determined frequency deviation, modulates the voice after the conversion with an ultrasonic wave carrier, and emits the modulated voice to the position of the vehicle detected by the vehicle state detection means.
