To drive a heat-dissipating fan at a speed suitable for voice recording.SOLUTION: A voice recording device includes a heat-dissipating fan. The voice recording device has acquiring means for acquiring a type of a microphone to be used for voice recording, control means for controlling the speed at which the fan is driven, and recording means for recording a voice acquired by the microphone to be used.
