Abstract:
To solve the problem such that the voice recognition rate is degraded by cutting certain voice band components and no correct matching is made with dictionary data.
The voice reproducing device is provided with a DSP (5) and a D/A (6) which decode coded voice data and convert the data into voice signals, a post filter (15) which reduces quantization noise while conducting the decoding operation above and a CPU (10) which arbitrarily controls on-and off-states of the quantization noise reduction operations performed by the filter (15).
