Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the oscillation characteristics of two discrete oscillation outputs produced by the frequency control of a resonance line to control the frequency against the variance of manufacturing and to keep the frequency shift value at an almost constant level by forming the resonance frequency conductor films at both end parts of the signal potential and ground sides of the resonance line respectively.
SOLUTION: The desired low oscillation frequency F1 is secured together with the desired high oscillation frequency F2 respectively. Then the switching voltage Vs is turned into the negative voltage to turn off a switch part A2, and a resonance frequency conductor P1 is trimmed by a laser to perform its primary control so as to set the oscillation frequency X at a level little higher than F1. Then the switch A2 is turned on to apply a partial short circuit to a strip line A1 and to raise the resonance frequency. Thus, the primary control is applied to a resonance frequency conductor P2 so as to set the frequency X at a level little higher than F2. In the same way, the secondary control is applied to both conductors P1 and P2 so as to set the frequency X at F1 and F2 respectively. As a result, almost the same changing rate is secured against the change of the control voltage VT.
