Abstract:
To provide a voltage controller, voltage control method, and voltage control program that perform both of suppression of rise of distribution line voltage at the time of inverse power flow and suppression of voltage reduction at the time of self-consumption of photovoltaic generation power and perform effective adjustment of a voltage value of a distribution system.SOLUTION: A voltage controller comprises: a power output section 103 for outputting power to a distribution system; a smart meter 11 for detecting the direction of power flow between the distribution system 2 and a user; and a reactive power control section 102 that makes the power output section output predetermined reactive power when it is detected by the smart meter that the direction of power flow is from the user to the distribution system, and makes the power output section stop outputting the reactive power when it is detected by the smart meter that the direction of power flow is from the distribution system to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
