To prompt a driver to take action according to the timing dependent on each factor in the event that occurrence of a traffic event derived from plural factors is predicted at a point where a vehicle is scheduled to pass.SOLUTION: An alarm output controller 200 includes an information acquisition unit 21 that acquires event information, which represents a traffic event occurrence predictive point P along a scheduled travel route R of a vehicle 1, and factor information representing an occurrence factor of the traffic event, a factor extraction unit 22 that extracts a first factor which is an object of a first alarm at a first point P1 located in front of the occurrence predictive point P, and extracts a second factor which is an object of a second alarm at a second point P2 interposed between the first point P1 and occurrence predictive point P, and an alarm output control unit 23 that implements control of outputting the first alarm at the first point P1, and implements control of outputting the second alarm at the second point P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
