Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash the upper surface of a provisional material uniformly and efficiently without generating washing nonuniformity.
SOLUTION: In a device for automatically washing a provisional material which is mounted on a washing conveyer 1 to be transferred, high pressure water ejecting nozzle heads 2A-2E having nozzles 2a-2g for ejecting high pressure water toward the provisional material P on the conveyer 1 are installed on the upper side of the conveyer 1 to be dislocated from each other in the transfer direction and the perpendicular width direction, and high pressure water is ejected from the nozzles 2a-2g with the nozzle heads 2A-2E rotated.
