The rotary disk 10 is held between two washing rollers, first and second rollers 17, 18, in the state of being freely rotatably supported with a supporting member 11. The respective washing rollers 17, 18 have a driving part 21, which contacts, rotates and drives the rotary disk 10, and a washing part 22, which is in slide contact with the rotary disk 10 and washes this. When both washing rollers 17, 18 are rotated and driven in a mutually reverse direction, the rotary disk 10 is driven with the washing rollers 17, 18 and is washed with washing parts 22 of the washing rollers 17, 18. In this washing, a washing liq. is supplied between respective washing rollers 17, 18 and the rotary disk 10.
