This handle 12 has a sponge fitting part 13 having plural projecting parts for controlling the position of the sponge 11 on one surface thereof, a pair of support walls 14A, 14B formed extending in the diagonal direction from the other surface of the sponge fitting part 13, a grip part 16 formed having a top plate part 15 in mid-way of the support walls 14A, 14B, and an inclined part 17 formed from the head part of the top plate part 15 to the outer edge part of the sponge fitting part 13. The inclined part 17 is made a parting surface on the mold forming.
