The water flowing in a water supply passage 2 exchanges heat by a heat exchanger 6 to prepare hot water, and flows to a hot water supply circuit 3, and an electric analyzing means 15 comprising at least an anode-side electrode 12 and a cathode-side electrode 13 is connected to the water supply passage 2 or the hot water supply circuit 3. Accordingly, the hot water of high dissolved oxygen concentration can be injected from the hot water supply terminal such as the shower 9 and the faucet. The hot water of high dissolved oxygen concentration is not only effective for washing hair and body, but also effective for increasing activity of cells of hair roots and cells of skin as dissolved oxygen penetrates from pores and horn, thus hair growth is promoted and beauty effect can be achieved.
