Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a water surface suspended matter recovery ship to improve the working efficiency of a cutting work for a long suspended matter and save the labor.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor 4 for recovery to convey rearward a suspended matter is arranged in a position corresponding to the front of a portion between right and left ship hulls 1. A selecting device 7 to cause the drop of the short suspended matter of a suspended matter on a water surface between the right and left ship hulls 1 under an own weight is arranged on the rear end side of the conveyor 4 for recovery. A long substance conveyor 10 to receive a long suspended matter fed from the conveyor 4 for recovery as the long suspended matter is conveyed rearward is arranged on the rear side of the selecting device 7. A guide device 15 is provided for selectively guiding the long suspended matter, conveyed rearward over the long substance conveyor 10, in a direction to the left or a direction to the right. The long substance conveyor 10 is provided on both sides with support devices 25 to receive the long suspended matter, fed from the long conveyor 10, to place and support it. The support device 25 is provided with a plurality of cutting devices 30 to cut the long suspended matter to proper lengths.
