Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable discharge of drainage in conformity with sewer draining standards.
SOLUTION: Drainage delivered from first drainage delivering means 11 for face-washing, hand-washing, water heating, etc., which is discharged from a building or the like, is stored in a drain tank 12. The drainage stored in this drain tank 12 is sent to an ice making device 13. The ice making device 13 makes pure ice by a nighttime power and the pure ice made by this ice making device 13 is stored in an ice heat storage water tank 14. Cold water in which the heat is stored in the ice heat storage water tank 14 is supplied for cooling to an air conditioner while it is supplied for flushing a cistern to a washing means 15 and then discharged into a sewer. A first harm-removing facility means 16 is supplied with drainage delivered from second drainage delivering means 17 for a kitchen a restaurant, etc., and with concentrated drainage separated by the ice making device 13. The first harm-removing facility means 16 treats floating substances by a physicochemical treatment method and part of treated water obtained herein is supplied to the drain tank 12, while the other is discharged into the sewer.
