To provide a watercarriage monitoring system which distributes and installs analyzers that separately analyze flow of plural areas in a catchment basin to a catchment basin such as a river, a lake, marsh and a water channel, mutually communicates analysis results between the analyzers, considers flow movements of other areas and analyzes them.
Each analyzer (a) and (b) is separately provided with an analysis time managing part 4 and a data input time managing part 7 and an input buffer part 6, and the part 7 calculates the next data input time and reserves an analysis time managing part 4 of the other analyzer (b) and (a) so that an analysis result of an analysis progress time that corresponds to the time may be sent to an input buffering part 6. It reserves and acquires an analysis result in a necessary analysis progress time from the other analyzer which sometimes has at least either a different analysis processing speed or a different analysis cycle, considers the analysis result that is acquired through reservation and continues subsequent analyses. A mass storage device is needed to exchange the analysis result with the other analyzer (b) and (a).
