PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of water by a method wherein covering concrete plates covered with a water proofing film are interconnected at a side through a waterproofing seal material and an outer concrete layer is formed to the periphery of the concrete plate.
CONSTITUTION: The whole surface of a concrete plate is covered with a waterproofing film formed of rubber and plastic. Coupling members 11 are arranged on both sides and a waterproofing seal member is arranged to form a covering concrete plate 6. Cement milk, cement mortar, and ready-mixed concrete are poured in a groove excavated in a ground 10 and the covering concrete plates 6 are dropped thereon and interconnected through the coupling members 11 and the waterproofing seal members. Further, when the cement milk is cured, the covering concrete plates 6 are embedded with outer concrete 5 to build a side wall 2.
