To constitute a wave absorbing panel by easily tightly inserting a plurality of wave absorbing bodies into the hollow sections of a panel material.
A wave absorbing panel 1 is provided with an extrusion-molded plate 2 having hollow sections 2a, a plurality of ferrite bodies 30 inserted into the hollow sections 2a of the plate 2, and slate bodies 31 which hold the ferrite bodies 30 in a connected state so that no gap may be formed among the ferrite bodies 30. In a method for manufacturing the panel 1, in addition, ferrite units 3 are constituted by holding the ferrite bodies 30 in a connected state with slate bodies 31 so that no gap may be formed among the ferrite bodies 30, and the units 3 are fixed with an adhesive, such as the foam curing adhesive, etc., in a state where the ferrite units 3 are inserted into the hollow sections 2a of the extrusion-molded plate 2.
