PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the alteration of a Web page, and to reduce a labor on the detection.SOLUTION: A web page monitoring device includes: a transfer destination host information acquisition part 11 for acquiring transfer destination host information for specifying a transfer destination host as the destination of the transfer of the access of a terminal which has performed access to an observation object Web page from the observation object Web page; a transfer destination host classification part 12 for classifying the transfer destination host into a first transfer destination host which is not set as a correct transfer destination and a second transfer destination host which is set as a correct transfer destination on the basis of the transfer destination host information; and an alteration information output part 13 for outputting alteration information indicating the presence of alteration related to the observation object Web page on the basis of the incremental change of the classification result into the first transfer destination host.
