Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate weighing by making the resin pressure of a screw tip part at the time of measurement constant to reduce the irregularity of resin density in an in-line screw type injection molding machine.
SOLUTION: The pressure P1 applied to a screw 4 is detected by a load cell in a first stage to control the speed or torque of an injection servo motor 12 so that the pressure P1 becomes constant. After a change point where the retreat speed of the screw 4 changes from an almost constant stable value to a larger value is detected, the speed or torque of the injection servo motor 12 is controlled in a second stage so that the retreat speed of the screw 4 keeps a stable value.
