Abstract:

PURPOSE:To intend easy maintenance and check of a labelling mechanism by moving the labelling mechanism between a labelling position right above a packing position and a withdrawal position. CONSTITUTION:Supporting brackets 36 longitudinally extended are fixed to a frame 35 firmly provided on the upper face of a packer mainframe and a guide rail 39 mounted on the side thereof is engaged with a pair of guide members 38 on both sides of a base 37 mounted on the upper face of the casing 11a of a label printer 11, so that an entire labelling mechanism 10 can be freely moved to an arrow mark X (in a longitudinal direction) with a handle 37a mounted in front of the base 37. Also, a casing 12a can be freely open and closed via hinges 22 provided in front and rear thereof. When the entire labelling mechanism 10 is drawn from a labelling position (on a solid line) to the front (on a chain line) to open the casing 12a, the inside of the printer 11 and the labelling machine 12 are exposed to allow easy supply and change of a label roll 24 and easy maintenance and check of the mechanism 10 and better serviceability.
