To provide a welding structure capable of restraining a member from deforming when welding a member with small bending rigidity to a member with large bending rigidity by laser beam.
The welding structure is configured so as to provide a step receiving portion 31 receiving a thrust plate 4 and a fit step portion 2c on a sleeve 2 with large bending rigidity and then slants bisector CL of a corner in an innermost of a fusion portion 7 by obliquely irradiating a laser 40 in such a state to fit the thrust plate 4 on them. Thereby, the welding structure is configured so as to vertically approach border line 7b of the thrust plate 4 and the fusion portion 7 with respect to a plane portion of the thrust plate 4 and at the same time to lessen length of the border line 7b. Thereby, the welding structure is configured so as to restrain quantity of heat applied to the thrust plate 4 and at the same time to lessen bending moment to the thrust plate 4.
