There are arranged an incenter part which longitudinally slides at the central part of a seat 1, a cam lock lever for pushing up the incenter part housed, a water tank for supplying flushing water and a box part to recover feces. In the operation, the cam lock lever is pushed downward to make the incenter part slide forward. The incenter part is bent by 90° downward to allow excretion. After the excretion, the water tank is used to wash.
