An inner lever 9, a gear lever 32, and an outer lever 10 are set up around a bearing shaft 13 and a manual opening pin 41 is provided in the hole of the outer lever 10. In addition, a motor 31 is provided on the upper surface of the inner lever 9 and a limit switch 21 is installed to the outer lever 10. An inner plate 7 and an inner plate cover 11 are rotatably coupled with the front end of the inner lever 9 and an outer plate 8 and an outer plate cover 12 are rotatably coupled with the front end of the outer lever 10. When the motor 31 is driven, power is transmitted to the gear lever 32 and the outer lever 10 rotates around the bearing shaft 13. The inner and outer levers 9 and 10 hold a wheelchair 100 by pinching the wheelchair 100 by rotating in the opposite directions when the forces applied to the levers 9 and 10 are balanced against each other. The pinching force is adjusted by means of the limit switch 21. The inner and outer levers 9 and 10 are respectively covered with inner and outer cases 2 and 3.
