A wheelchair main body 1 and a seat 2 can be freely attached to and removed from each other, and an arm member 6 having a seating 5 which can hold the seat 2 against the mating side and having an engaging part 62 is provided. The engaging part 62 of the arm member 6 is engaged with the seat 2, and after the seat 2 is separated from the wheelchair main body, the seat 2 kept roughly horizontal is transferred via the arm member 6 with the wheelchair user seated.
