Abstract:

To create an energy in a true sense by reliably catching and controlling an air current at a height 100m above ground and making use of the characteristics of reproducible wind power energy on the basis of the dynamic range of the building construction for which the fluctuation and low energy density of the wind is a problem in a technic making a maximum efficient use of the wind power.

A layered tower of building construction is constructed, a floor part, a windmill compartment 3 and a ceiling part 2 are provided at the respective stories, the ceiling part 2 is formed as an inverted image of Mt. Fuji, and induction plates 1 formed in a curved shape or soft hat shape are arranged in a vortex pattern from the outer circumference to the inner circumference. And, the state of arrangement of the induction plates 1 at the respective stories is such that the induction plates are mounted in an clockwise and counterclockwise twinings in a three-dimensional layer wind catching system based upon a form of building construction. Thereby, an upper air current is reliably catched and controlled by the dynamic range of the building construction so that it is possible to make use of the wind power with a factor of 10 or more in comparison with a usual windmill system, and a large-scale wind power generation becomes possible leading to the possibility of an energy revolution.
