PURPOSE: To achieve labour reduction and improve the winding ability of the winder, by automating winding of a moistureproof sheet around a take-up roll.

CONSTITUTION: A take-up roll R is rotated by a rotating device 10. A double- sided tape is adhered, by a tape adhesion device 20, onto a surface of the take-up roll R, or a surface of a moistureproof sheet preliminarily wound around the take-up roll R. A moistureproof sheet is delivered from a sheet roll, by a sheet supplier 50, and this sheet is guided up to the take-up roll R and is pressed thereagainst. The sheet is further cut to a prescribed length. By so doing, the moistureproof sheet is wound around the take-up roll R while the same is being rotated, and the sheet is adhered thereto by the doublesided tape. Note that, during rotation of the take-up roll, the moistureproof is cut, by a cutter 30, to each take-up roll width.
