Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire cutting device comprising a wire holding function.SOLUTION: A wire cutting device 1 comprises: a main operation rod 2 of which the distal end is biforked; a sub operation rod 3 of which the distal end is biforked correspondingly to the main operation rod 2 and which is operable in the vicinity of a proximal end of the main operation rod; wire grip parts 7 consisting of stationary pressing parts 25 which are provided in the biforked distal ends of the main operation rod 2 for fixing a wire 4 desired to cut from one side of the wire 4, and movable pressing parts 35 which are provided in the biforked distal ends of the sub operation rod 3 for fixing the wire 4 desired to cut from the other side of the wire 4; a hydraulic cutter 8 which is connected to the main operation rod 2 in a freely rotatable manner and extends between the wire grip parts 7; and a hydraulic cutter drive switch 9 which is provided in the vicinity of the proximal end of the main operation rod 2 for operating the hydraulic cutter 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
