Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for drop wire capable of preventing bite fault.SOLUTION: A connector 1 for drop wire is constituted of a pair of conductive clamp pieces 2a, 2b having a clearance adjustable by means of a bolt, and a holding part 5 coupled rotatably, for the pair of clamp pieces 2a, 2b, about an axis substantially parallel with the extension direction from the proximal end side to the distal end side of the clamp pieces 2a, 2b. The holding part 5 has a flat plate part 51 that can be held by means of an insulation tool, and a perforated hole 53 for housing the proximal end of the pair of clamp pieces 2a, 2b. The perforated hole 53 is provided with a lock mechanism 9 for locking the movement of the pair of clamp pieces 2a, 2b while relatively narrowing the clearance thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
