Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the inspection and processing for the undersurface of a work by installing a stop fitting which can hold a work on a rack board, installing a hinge on one side, and suspending the other side of the work by a hoisting device, in the state where one side of the work is held on the rack board.
CONSTITUTION: At the joint part with the slidable body 4a of a base member 4a, a hinge 32 is constituted by allowing a supporting shaft 31 to pass horizontally through a bearing part 30. Each slot hole is opened along both the aslant surfaces of the opposed surfaces of the base members 4a and 4b, and a stop fitting 9 is installed in the slot hole. A turning arm 44 is turned, and a hoisting device 50 is shifted along the turning arm 44, and the hoisting device 50 is brought into stop directly over a mold member 7a. A hook 52 is engaged with a handle 35, and the hoisting device 50 is operated, and one side of the mold member 7a is suspended up, and the mold member 7a is erected, having the hinge 32 as fulcrum. Accordingly, since the undersurface of the mold member 7a is set horizontal, and the inspection, repair, assembly, etc., for the undersurface can be easily carried out.
