The working traveling vehicle is provided with a gear shift mechanism 15 having a neutral position in a traveling power transmission system more on the transmission downstream of a main clutch mechanism 8. The traveling brake mechanism 26 which brakes the traveling power transmission system is coaxially arranged with the main clutch mechanism 8, and the traveling power transmission system is braked by the engagement of a gear 27 which is braked by the traveling brake mechanism 26, with a gear 28 provided on the transmission downstream of the gear shift mechanism 15.
