This working vehicle includes a main transmission for switching a traveling speed in a plurality of shifting positions, based on a speed change command, and a sub-transmission for switching the traveling speed at least between a high speed and a low speed, based on a speed change command, and the main transmission and the sub-transmission is arranged in series to input a motive force after the speed change from one thereof into the other. In the working vehicle, the main transmission and the sub-transmission are constituted to make a speed ratio when accelerated from a shifting position lower by one position than the maximum speed shifting position to the maximum speed shifting position get higher, compared with each speed ratio in every one-positional acceleration when accelerated from the lowest shifting position to the shifting position lower by one position than the maximum speed shifting position in the main transmission, and to make a speed ratio when accelerated from a low speed to a high speed in the sub-transmission get slightly higher, compared with a speed ratio when accelerated from the lowest shifting position to the highest speed shifting position at one stroke in the main transmission.
