CONSTITUTION: A part of transmission X-rays of a person to be inspected P by X-rays is made incident to a part A where a substrate appears as it is, is made incident to both sensitizing screens 13, 15 by its original quality, and emits fluorescent light. The other X-rays are made incident to a part B of a panel 12, an X-ray specified wavelength area is intercepted, a different quality appears, it energizes the sensitizing screen 13 and 15, and a transmission fluorescent image corresponding to its quality is formed. In this case, on a sheet film 14, X-rays which are transmitted the parts A, B of a stripe structure alternately appear like a fringe pattern, and the same image as an image appearing in case of just like double photographing of 2 images can be observed.
