Abstract:
To enable obtaining a successful X-ray picture more, while making it small, low profile, and lightweight.
X-rays directly irradiating electronic components of a drive processing circuit board 28 is eliminated, by arranging a driving processing circuit board 28 to an angled portion 22b of a support member 22, and the degradation and the incorrect operation of the electronic component are inhibited. At the same time, the thickness reduction of the device can be carried out, without reducing the area of the circuit board 28. Since the circuit protection materials, such as a lead plate, become unnecessary, weight reduction of the device can be carried out.
