Title:
X-RAY IRRADIATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3661310
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to and degradation of a pressured element by arranging a wet lubricant on the outside surface side of the pressured element to constitute a part of a vessel to cover an X-ray tube.
SOLUTION: In order to absorb a volume change by a temperature change in insulating oil 50, elastically deformable bellows (a pressured element) 51 is arranged inside a vessel main body 40. The bellows 51 has a bottom wall part 51a and a peripheral wall part 51b, and its peripheral edge is fitted to a spigot 40a formed on one end inner periphery of the vessel main body 40. The inside surface side of the bellows 51 constitutes a part of a wall to surround a sealing space of the insulating oil 50. A space 52 leading to the outside of a vessel 2 is formed between the bellows 51 and one end part of the vessel main body 40, and a sealing 53 is fitted to the spigot 40a so that infiltration of the insulating oil 50 into its space 52 can be prevented. Therefore, the outside surface side of the bellows 51 contacts with the atmosphere. A wet lubricant 59 such as oil and grease is applied over the whole surface to the outside surface side of the bellows 51. Abrasion by contact between a part of the bellows 51 can be prevented.
