Subsequently, the position of a tip of a drilling rod 6a and the posture of the drilling rod 6a were adjusted so that the position of the tip of the drilling rod 6a coincides with the set start position 16d, and at the same time, and the axis of the drilling rod 6a coincided with the extension line of the drilling line 16b.
