Abstract:
To provide a centrifugal separator configured so as to be able to simply vary discharge flow rates (quantities) of sludge discharged through a continuous discharge port.SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator, which has a rotary container 103 and a plurality of separation plates 113 laminated at a prescribed interval inside the rotary container 103 and separates solid components contained in liquid to be treated by centrifugal force and then discharges the components, further has a continuous discharge port 211, communicated with an inner opening part 213 that opens to an inner outer periphery part of the rotary container 103, which continuously discharges solid components piled up in the inner outer periphery part of the rotary container 103, where a distance from a rotation center of the rotary container 103 is variable in the continuous discharge port 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
