Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method that provides T-cells that target tumor cells in test subjects with respect to a cancer selected from the group consisting of prostate cancer, breast cancer, B cell leukemia, multiple myeloma, and ovarian cancer so as to reduce the number of tumor cells, reduce the size of tumor cells, and/or eradicate tumor cells.SOLUTION: An immune response cell comprising: a. an antigen recognition receptor that binds a first antigen with low affinity, in which binding of the receptor to the first antigen activates the immune response cell; and b. a chimeric costimulatory receptor (CCR) that binds a second antigen and stimulates the immune response cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
