Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter controller capable of more securely avoiding resonance between a carrier frequency of an inverter and a motor.SOLUTION: An inverter controller comprises: a frequency analysis unit that from acceleration or speed detected by a detector attached to a motor driven depending on operation of an inverter, calculates a frequency having a large power spectrum; and a carrier frequency setting unit that when the absolute value of a difference between the frequency having a large power spectrum calculated by the frequency analysis unit and a positive integral multiple of the inverter's carrier frequency at the present time is smaller than a threshold, changes the inverter's carrier frequency to a new carrier frequency so that resonance between the inverter's carrier frequency and the motor is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
