Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the granularity of an estimated suspicious place smaller regarding the cause of deterioration in quality of the display time of a web page.SOLUTION: A suspicious place estimation device includes: a determination unit that determines which region a point identified in Euclidean space on the basis of prescribed time at a plurality of stages in a display process included in log information generated in the display process of a web page to a terminal belongs to among regions in the Euclidean space classified on the basis of a threshold value per stage; and an estimation unit that estimates a suspicious place of the cause of quality deterioration related to the display from a plurality of communication places related to the display of the web page on the basis of a determination result by the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
