Abstract:
[PROBLEM] To prevent cutting off a laser dicing adhesive sheet by a laser beam, damage to a chuck table and fusing the laser dicing adhesive sheet to the chuck table during laser dicing, and to provide a film exhibiting good shape recovery after expansion and an adhesive sheet using the film. [SOLUTION ] This film comprises polyurethane acrylate, and is characterized by the polyurethane acrylate being a cured material obtained by irradiating an energy beam on a mixture containing an energy beam-curable polycarbonate type urethane acrylate oligomer and an energy beam-curable monomer, and the carbonate bond part of the energy beam-curable polycarbonate type urethane acrylate oligomer being an alkylene carbonate group (-(-O-R-O-CO-)n-)(where R is an alkylene group containing no unsaturated bonds, and n is a integer of 2 to 100).
