Abstract:

To provide a preparation device of a head-forming vegetable capable of efficiently collecting the head-forming vegetable that has fallen from a conveyance path before reaching a root cutting device.SOLUTION: A preparation device of a head-forming vegetable includes: a root cutting device that cuts a root of the head-forming vegetable; a first transfer unit that holds an outer leaf of the head-forming vegetable and transfers the head-forming vegetable to the root cutting device; and a second transfer unit that transfers the head-forming vegetable that has fallen from the first transfer unit before reaching the root cutting device, in a direction different from a direction to the root cutting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 37
