Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, a moving image creation method, a frame image-for-moving image creation system, a moving image creation system and program capable of displaying an object photographed with desired photographic quality, and generating data for displaying the object such that it moves.SOLUTION: An image processor 12 includes: a still image acquisition part for acquiring a still image by photographing a moving subject 14 at a plurality of moving positions by a camera 4; an extraction part for extracting a part of each of a plurality of still images including the subject 14 acquired by the still image acquisition part as a partial image; and an image output part for outputting a frame image for a moving image based on the partial image extracted by the extraction part.
