Abstract:
To improve cooling performance by compact and simple constitution in an inverter apparatus.SOLUTION: An inverter apparatus 4 for supplying driving power to motors 1, 2 for driving left and right wheels of a vehicle includes a base plate 5 and a cover member 15. The base plate 5 includes cooling passages 31, 33 in which a refrigerant circulates, and a capacitor 6 and a semiconductor module 7 are attached to the base plate. The cover member 15 includes passages 35 to 38 communicated to the cooling passages 31, 33 to circulate the refrigerant into the cooling passages 31, 33 and is fixed on the base plate 5 so as to cover the capacitor 6 or the semiconductor module 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
