Abstract:
To provide a driving device of a vehicle which has improved vehicle mountability with a compact and simple structure.SOLUTION: A driving device 10 of a vehicle comprises motors 1, 2 for driving wheels of the vehicle, an inverter 4 including a semiconductor module 7 fixed above the motors, and conductive members 33, 34 connecting between the motors 1, 2 and the semiconductor module 7. The conductive members 33, 34 are bus bars and comprise a first conductive part 35, a second conductive part 36, and third conductive parts 43, 44. The first conductive part 35 is connected with terminal parts 16, 17 of a power line protruded outward in the diametric direction of the motors 1, 2 from one side end surface in the axial direction of the motors 1, 2 and extends toward the other side in the axial direction of the motors 1, 2. The second conductive part 36 is connected with the first conductive part 35 and extends toward the inverter 4 in the upper direction. The third conductive parts 43, 44 connect between the semiconductor module 7 and the second conductive part 36 inside the inverter 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
