Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint fixing mechanism of a leg support member having a joint part in the leg support member in the tripod of photographic equipment and capable of performing fixing and fixing releasing of the joint member by one operation and capable of supporting the photographic equipment in a stabilized state at the fixing time of the joint and capable of executing a free angle adjustment at the fixing releasing time.SOLUTION: A joint part 4 for angle adjustment provided between a leg base part 2 and a leg support member 3 of a tripod 1 for photographic equipment includes: a joint fixing member 5 having a joint 52; a pole member 6 whose upper end is connected by the joint of the join fixing member and lower end part is connected to a leg base part; a sleeve 7 provided below the joint fixing member and engaged with the joint fixing member; and a coil spring wound around a center axis of the pole member and pushing the sleeve upward. The fixing of the join part is released by releasing the engagement of the join fixing member with the sleeve by pushing down the sleeve from a state in which the joint part is fixed by the engagement of the joint fixing member with the sleeve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
